A cozy and comfortable 2nd floor living room type space with two loveseats, chairs, TV and speakers. Perfect for small groups, brainstorming sessions, or private meetings.
Hall of Tyrannus
Capacity: 25 people | $90/hour
A 2nd floor room with its own outdoor stairway access. Equipped with a TV and speakers, this versatile room is ideal for workshops, small groups or team meetings.
The Glass Room
Capacity: 8-10 people | $50/hour
An intimate space on the 1st floor near the coffee bar with a central table and seating, perfect for focused discussions, interviews or small team meetings.
Restoration Room
Capacity: 40 people | $130/hour
This 1st floor space is available for larger group gatherings and features its own exterior door or you may enter from coffee bar. A comfortable space with a TV and speakers ideal for larger groups or seminars and speaking engagements and is located to the left of the coffee bar.
The Gathering
Capacity: 35 people | $100/hour
A dynamic 1st floor space designed for larger group gatherings, seminars, podcasts and creative projects. Features a drop-down theater screen and projector, speakers, and plenty of seating and is located to the right of the coffee bar.
The Coffee Corner
Capacity: 15 people | $60/hour
This 1st floor space is relaxed and welcoming with soft seating, and is ideal for informal meetings or book clubs and is located in the front to the right of the coffee bar.
