You are responsible for cleanup of the
room at the end of your event. A
clean-up fee of $50 will be charged if
meeting space is not returned to its
original state.
Cancellation: No penalty if
reservation is cancelled within 7 days
before your event. If cancelled after
that, your 25% payment will
not be refunded.
Please pick up and dispose of all trash.
Straighten furniture and return it to its
original position.
If you want to bring in any outside food,
other than a celebration cake, rental
rates will be $25 more per hour for
the following rooms: 247, Coffee Corner,
The Upper Room and The Hall of
Tyrannus. Rental rates are $50 more
per hour for The Gathering and
The Restoration Room. You must
provide your own utensils, plates and
napkins and we cannot accommodate
refrigeration of any food items. No outside
beverages permitted. No smoking allowed
in or outside of the facility. Rental fees
include the use of TVs, speakers and
other electronic equipment.
Any loss or damage to electronic
equipment or furniture will be charged
to your credit card.
